SmartHome property have upgraded HVAC systems, roofs, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. In most of our homes you will find new cabinetry, granite counter tops, tile, carpet, a remote control garage, and an automated sprinkler system. Our homes are freshly painted inside and out.
SmartHomes are upgraded for energy efficiency with the latest water heaters, central HVAC, windows, and other simple solutions that incorporate a “whole house energy approach”. Layering these energy efficient upgrades creates a big impact on the end result: higher energy savings and lower utility bills for the owner.

The idea behind “SmartHomes” came from our work with the Sacramento utility company, SMUD, testing new energy efficient methods and materials.
