Propel Housing is a Sacramento nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing home ownership. Propel Housing hosts home buyer workshops twice a month in various locations throughout Sacramento. You will hear from local Real Estate Agents and Financial Officers on current market conditions, down payment assistance, credit repair and additional financing options. These free workshops are generally held every other Tuesday and Thursday and last an hour. To be notified of an upcoming workshop click here!
The Home Loan Counseling Center of Sacramento (SHLCC) holds classes that meet the SHRA educational requirements to purchase a home. Complete your required courses by signing up here.
